What is this?

justhtml.dev is a place for developers who build with the raw materials of the web — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — without reaching for a framework first. We believe the web platform is already powerful enough for most of what you're building, and we're here to prove it.

The Point

No npm

Your project shouldn't start with downloading 800 packages. If the browser can do it, you probably don't need a package for it.

No React

Frameworks are tools, not defaults. When AI writes your code, you get to decide the stack — choose the platform itself.

No JS pipeline

Your HTML, CSS, and JS go straight to the browser — no transpiler, no bundler, no watcher. The backend builds to a binary. Fast, deterministic, done.
